⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Emil Orza is in a completely different league. I’ve had enough dental work over the years to know when you find someone exceptional, and Dr. Orza is exactly that. He successfully tackled both a root canal and crown for me, and what impressed me most wasn't just the outcome—it was watching how much he genuinely enjoys solving a difficult dental problem. The guy loves a challenge. His attention to detail and precision are insane. You can tell this isn't simply a job for him; he genuinely loves dentistry and takes enormous pride in getting things right. He explains what he’s doing, thinks through the problem, and doesn’t seem satisfied with “good enough.” Just as impressive is his approach to pain management. Dr. Orza does incredible work, but he clearly doesn't believe you should have to suffer for it. Your comfort is a priority throughout the procedure, and that makes a huge difference—especially when you're talking about something like a root canal. His staff deserves their own recognition. Everyone I've dealt with has been competent, helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. The customer service at Today's Dentist is outstanding from beginning to end. And then

Been at this dentist place since 2007. Always on top with all the tech bells and whistles. dr. Orza is fantastic. One minor issue - the dental hygienist keep on changing a bit more frequently than desired.

I’ve been with Dr. Orza for nearly a decade now. Dr. Orza is a Five ⭐️ Dentist 🦷. He is a dentist that keeps all his patients first priority. All of his procedures are done with universal care and they are painless. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND/SUGGEST Dr. Orza as a family Dentist 🦷. Nevertheless, Sheila my hygienist is a super star ✨!!!

Today's Dentist is wonderful. Dr Orza is both knowledgeable and very skilled. His shots and extractions are totally painless. He is a master of his profession. He is the Best dentist I have ever had. Exceptional Care from Start to Finish I had a truly excellent experience at Today’s Dentist in Roswell, GA. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. My hygienist, Sarah, was incredibly thorough and attentive—she took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. Her professionalism and gentle touch made what is usually a routine visit feel like a level of care above and beyond. Dr. Emil Orza was equally impressive—knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. He clearly takes pride in his work and treats patients with genuine care and respect. I felt listened to and well-informed about my dental health, which is exactly what you want in a great dentist.
